partyline

a summer radio built as a fake vintage operating system, with channels for different kinds of afternoon.

a globe you spin to hear whatever a real transmitter is broadcasting right now. thousands of stations, most of them local radio that never expected an audience abroad.

game music with a voting system: listeners pick the next track while the current one plays. this is the all channels stream.

listener funded since 2000, twenty odd channels. the player here is drone zone, their ambient one. groove salad and cliqhop stream the same way if you would rather have those.

synthwave and darksynth, several channels, no accounts, no adverts.

sdf's station. a public access unix system from 1987 that also runs a radio rota, with human djs taking slots.

the tildeverse station. shell users taking dj shifts for an audience of shell users.

the /a/ station, with live dj slots and a request queue. still standing, which is the surprising part.

anime songs, openings and endings, at 320k. russian run and older than it looks.

japanese anime and game music, requested by the people listening. an ogg stream too if you prefer it.

vaporwave, twenty four hours, no adverts, running since 2015 on somebody else’s electricity bill.

the board's own station, running on azuracast. whatever the lainons queued, at whatever hour you find it.
